The Seattle Seahawks won Super Bowl LX over the New England Patriots with a score of 29-13. This was a rematch of the 2015 Super Bowl in which New England beat Seattle 28-24 with a last-minute interception by Malcolm Butler. This time, Seattle, led by Quarterback Sam Darnold and MVP winner runningback Kenneth Walker III, got their revenge and defeated New England. Walker rushed for 130 yards, gaining crucial first downs and keeping the clock running, and Sam Darnold led the team offensively, throwing for 200 yards and delivering Seattle’s only offensive touchdown.

The first half was heavily focused on defense as no touchdowns were scored in the first 30 minutes, and the score was 9-0 Seattle heading into halftime. Despite Seattle being able to move the ball down the field early, they were unable to find the end zone at first.
Seattle’s defense dominated throughout the game, and New England did not really get going offensively until it was too late. Seattle’s defense forced multiple punts and held New England to a scoreless first three quarters. Their defense also recorded six sacks and three forced turnovers, including a pick-six in the fourth quarter that stretched the lead too far for New England to recover from.
