Jordan Saunders, Copy Editor
Jordan Saunders, who has been at Carmel her whole life, will be a senior this year and a new addition to The Blue and Gold staff. She was born and has lived in Charlotte her whole life. Jordan is an avid writer, actor and is interested in musical theater.
Jordan has been doing theater since she was seven. In those years, Jordan has been in many plays and musicals. Jordan is interested in potentially continuing her career in theater beyond high school, but she is also interested in a career in creative writing. She has been working on her very own novel for almost five years now and believes that both writing and acting can work in unison.
While outside of school and off the stage, Jordan likes spending her time by going to the beach and listening to music. Jordan worked on the yearbook staff last year and has had prior experience working with and for the student body.
Jordan’s interest in The Blue and Gold came from the writing she did for the yearbook. She hopes to contribute to the Blue and Gold with her unique and fun perspective. Jordan will be working as the Copy Editor for this year’s staff and covering columns for the paper.
