Grace Hawley, Graphic Design Editor
Grace Hawley, junior, is a new member of the Blue and Gold at Carmel Christian School. She was born in Orlando and moved to North Carolina to live here ever since. Apart from her time with The Blue and Gold, Grace works at Chopt where she loves her co-workers. She also enjoys playing the guitar, working on her school work and prepping for the PSAT. Grace has already scored incredibly high on the test and hopes to continue improving.
Grace’s interest in The Blue and Gold came from her year in the Journalism and Media I course last year. She is looking forward to the challenge and excitement of providing news to the school and the enjoyable environment of the schoolroom. She is also looking forward to interviewing people for stories and creating a graphically appealing website for the stories to be showcased. Overall Grace is looking forward to her time on staff working as the graphic design editor and covering news features for this year's paper.
